Hi there, thanks for stopping by. Here's a bit about me: I wrote my first "article" when I was eight years old.  It was a short piece about a raccoon that lived with humans. We actually had a pet raccoon, so the muse was close by. My mom said she loved it - she's my mom after all - so I just kept writing.

 

I studied journalism in college and started out as a reporter.  I would take on journalism roles several times throughout my career, which also includes deep experience as a communications manager and strategist.  I believe it is my experience and instincts as a former reporter that makes my work as a content creator so unique; I understand the importance of a good hook, how to be concise yet engaging, and the power of solid research. Journalism has also informed my roles as a communications manager - namely my obsession with meeting deadlines, juggling multiple deliverables and connecting with people of all kinds.
